Isaac Mabaya, 17, has made his debut appearance in matchday squad of the Liverpool senior team.
Mabaya signed his first professional contract with Liverpool FC in September 2021 and appeared on the bench when the Reds beat Shrewsbury Town 4-1 at Anfield on Sunday in the Emirates FA Cup.
Born in Preston England to Zimbabwean parents, Mabaya joined Liverpool’s youth ranks as a six-year-old, and due to injury problems his progress to the fringes of the first team is still in its infancy.
