HARARE – The Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Professor Paul Mavima has assured the nation that there is no turning back in as far as the updated new education curriculum is concerned.

This came out during the Minister’s tour of Glen View 2 Primary School in Harare.

Professor Mavima toured Glen View 2 Primary School today to assess its academic results, the school’s infrastructure and the uptake of the updated curriculum where he said there will be no turning back in as far as the curriculum is concerned.

Also present during the tour was the Permanent Secretary from the same ministry Dr Sylvia Utete-Masango who bemoaned the mushrooming of unregistered schools.

Ministry of Education officials, other headmasters and teachers from various schools were also part of the tour.
