The President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa has taken to social media to let Zimbabweans know other progress of his government.

This is what he had to say;

In 2017, 5% of stock in Zimbabwe’s supermarkets was locally manufactured.

Today, 45% of our supermarket supplies are proudly made in Zimbabwe.

The worst of our economic woes are now behind us.

Zimbabwe shall rise once again! 🇿🇼

Not sure were these figures are being taken from but on the ground the consumer food basket and utilities  is increasing.

Most service providers are hiking prices but salaries have remained stagnant.
