Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe has opened parliament for the final time before he seeks re-election next year.

Before the next vote, members of his ruling party are hoping to introduce a law to increase cyber security.

Mugabe’s opponents and human rights groups fear it will be used to restrict freedom of speech.

Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa reports from the capital Harare.
