The film centers on a family man’s fight to defend his land during Zimbabwean land seizures.
“The Zim” was written and directed by Alexander Bedria, who also stars in it. He said, “I was inspired by the men and women who endured extraordinary hardship, yet never lost their humanity. I hope the film honors them.”
The drama also stars Tongayi Chirisa, Shaun Baker, Constance Ejuma, Amanda Wing and Caroline Lagerfelt.
